“Levantine Dawn”, Dr. Pamela Chrabieh’s latest Hybrid Artwork (sketch on paper & Procreate), 2025.
A chorus of Levantine faces – washed in ember oranges and midnight blues – tilts toward a single, patient horizon. Each profile keeps its own light, yet their edges braid together like gold leaf in a weathered icon: rupture traced, but not undone. Faith, memory, and care travel between them like breath, turning difference into kinship and plurality into shelter. The image holds a practiced hope, a steady gaze that looks past sirens and ash, past the grammar of erasure, toward a morning that insists on arriving.
